Why "Artesian"? 

Artesian wells are made by boring into the earth until the instrument reaches an underground aquifer, which, from internal pressure, flows spontaneously upward like a geyser. When the joy of the Lord and His amazing love bore into us, we cannot keep that joy and love contained - it flows spontaneously upward and out. The internal pressure created to share His love with others causes that love to flow out of us naturally to encourage and lift up the body of Christ.

Mission Statement

Artesian Ministries exists to encourage every person to dive in, drink deeply, and receive refreshment from God’s Word on a regular basis. The resources provided through this ministry are expressly cultivated to build Biblical literacy and a passion to know Jesus through His Word.

Statement of Faith

"As the deer pants for streams of water,

Artesian Ministries was founded upon this verse.  Through the resources provided through this ministry, we pray that each person develops an unquenchable thirst for God's Word and in so doing, discover His limitless love, amazing grace, and incredible provision that He pours into and over His beloved children.

Statement of Beliefs

God loves us with an everlasting love.  (1 John 4:16; Jeremiah 31:5)

Nothing can separate us from God's love.  (Romans 8:28-29)

God's grace is sufficient for us.  (2 Corinthians 12:9; Ephesians 2:8)

Jesus died on a cross and rose victorious to save us from our sins. (Hebrews 9:28a)

Anyone who believes in Jesus Christ through faith is promised eternal life.  (John 3:16; Titus 1:2; 1 Timothy 6:12)

We place our faith and hope in Christ alone.  (1 Peter 1:21; Ephesians 4:5)

Our faith is given to us by God and grows through hearing God's Word.  (Romans 10:17)

All Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.  (2 Timothy 3:16)

Jesus intercedes for us before our Father in heaven. (1 John 3:5; Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1)

Those who believe in the saving work of Jesus are commanded to love and serve one another in His Name.  (1 John 5:1-3; 2 John 1:5-6; 1 John 4:7; 1 Peter 3:8; John 15:17; John 15:12; 1 Timothy 1:5)
